• Faxed copies and hardcopy registration forms are accepted with complete credit card information or full payment.
• Each delegate must use a separate form for registration.
• Registrations will be processed after the requisite registration fee and documentation are received.
• All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). All banking charges must be borne by the delegates.
   
Registration for Accompanying Persons include:
1. Entry to Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
2. Closing Ceremony
3. Gala Dinner
4. Entry to Trade Exhibition area
     
Cancellation
Cancellation of registration has to be received in writing to the FAPA 2008 Registration Manager. An administrative fee of SGD 200.00 will apply for any cancellation on or before 30 September 2008. No refund will be given for phone cancellations and cancellations after 30 September 2008. Please allow up to eight weeks to process your registration refund.
